This small, multi-branched shrub has clusters of small, hairy, silver leaves and dense white flowers with fluffy white seed tufts, giving rise to its "snow" name ("kapok" in Afrikaans). It grows mainly in Namaqualand, and the Western and Eastern Cape.

FRAGRANCE

Fresh and herbaceous, with a soft, sweet floral quality and camphoraceous undertones. Also known as African Rosemary, its scent is reminiscent of rosemary but softer and greener, with subtle spicy notes. A gentle, fynbos take on a familiar herbal aroma.
